If you’re the type to mix and match nendos then I’m sure that at some point you’ve experienced this: paint transfer!

Worry not, here’s a really simple solution to this annoying problem.

You’d need only 2 cheap things: Paint thinner and Q-tip.

Remember to do this steps in a ventilated room as to prevent inhaling the smell of the paint thinner. Also, wear gloves if you can and avoid having direct contact with the thinner.
Step 1: Dunk your q-tip in the paint thinner!

Remove excess onto a tissue.

Step 2: Gently rub the q-tip onto the affected area only. You don’t need to rub too hard, just gentle strokes.

I also removed the transfer on the other side of the faceplate.

Step 3: Clean the area with tissue to remove leftover thinner.

And voila! 😀
Clean, transfer free nendo!

There’s still some left over light red marks but it wasn’t noticeable in real life. I could also just rub it again but I prefer to let it stay that way. 🙂

Hope this helps!
